Wendy's Frosty Shakes
So they are advertising the new Frosty Shakes at Wendy's right now. We've seen two commercials in the last hour. Unfortunately, I can't find a copy of the ad online to show you, but something strikes us as odd. At no point do they ever tell you what the shakes are made from. You are assured that they are made from "ingredients" and that they are indeed "delicious". But never once do they tell you what these ingredients might be. It's implied, via visual aids, that strawberries are involved at some point, but they never actually say so. Instead, we rest easy knowing that our Frosty Shakes are made from 100% "delicious ingredients".
I think this opens a world of possibilities, don't you?

They just don't want you to know that shakes are basically made from horse hooves and ground up beetles. Personally I thank them. I mean, if my sausage is delicious, I don't want to know what got ground up to make it.
