My housemate says it's because everyone raved about it last decade, and it's therefore uncool to like it now.<BR/><BR/>Thing is, people raved about it because it's absolutely amazing stuff. A couple of weeks ago, Betty and I made this salad:<BR/><BR/>http://googlyeyed.wordpress.com/2008/05/04/recipe-lentil-salad/<BR/><BR/>...and it was totally the balsamic vinegar that made the whole thing delicious.
